INSPECTION SERVICES
We offer regional OSHA compliant inspections by a qualified service technician. Inspections are available monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, and annually for hoists, overhead cranes, chain slings, round slings, web slings, wire rope slings, and below the hook lifting devices. Our preventative maintenance program is tailored to your inspection needs. It includes OSHA compliant recordkeeping, reports for your specifications, and inspections by a trained technician. All-Lift Systems is a complete, factory-authorized service, repair, and rebuilding center for Duff-Norton rotary unions and actuators. We offer in-plant trouble shooting and emergency repair or replacement of your Duff-Norton rotary unions and actuators. We house a test facility to insure proper joint function after repair. A complete replacement parts inventory is available to reduce your downtime and get you back to work! We also maintain a computer database on rotary unions to record history, failure, and repair data.

Lifting equipment needs to be proof tested or load tested to certify the integrity of the item. All-Lift Systems has a 50 ton in-house proof tester to test a predetermined percentage above the rated capacity recommended by the manufacturer, ASME B30.9 Slings standard, API standards, or customer specific policies. Additionally, we perform on-site load testing of your lifting structural equipment.
