Round Slings |
Features:
- Max. working temp. 200 degrees F
- Resistant to acids
- Resistant to UV rays, rot, & mildew
- Only 3% elongation
- Eye & eye round slings available
- Seamless round slings offer great
flexibility and durability
- Large round slings easier to rig than
chain sling
Round slings are excellent in securing
almost any object to be pulled or lifted. It consists of a continuous, or
endless, loop of 100% polyester fiber. The accumulation of numerous fiber
strands determines the strength factor, as the capacity chart shows. The
load bearing fibers never come in contact with the load therefore there is
no wear to them as long as the cover remains intact. |
A round sling can be constantly rotated,
extending the wear life of the protective covering and sling.
Load drop safety is inherent in the polyester fiber principle. Even
if the sling is greatly overstressed, it will not completely break apart at
once but will stretch slowly as the individual fibers start to break,
allowing time to put down the load.
Round slings are lightweight, easy to handle, store and clean; protects
workers’ hands. No loss of strength in water; not resistant to heavy
concentrations of alkalies.

CAUTION - DO NOT EXCEED RATED CAPACITIES
Failure to follow proper
inspection, care and use criteria
may result in personal injury or death.
To order: inside end-to-end distance equals length of round sling
