The 90
Degree Elbow is designed to provide a joint between two
pipes at right angles to each other. It is often used as
railing ends or corners on a level installation. |
 |

The Short Tee is designed to provide a
butt joint between two pipes at right angles to each other.
This fitting is often used to join end uprights to the
middle rail on a level installation. If two pipes need to be
joined inside the fitting, a Series 1049 should be used.
|
 |

The Long Tee is designed to provide a
butt joint between two pipes at right angles to each other.
It allows the through pipe to be joined inside the fitting,
and is an alternative to a Series 1048. This fitting is
often used as to connect the top rail to an intermediate
upright in a level installation. |
 |

The Railing Base Flange is designed to
provide structural fixing to guardrail and balustrades. The
holes are sufficient diameter to provide good fixing with
either mechanical or chemical anchors. |
 |

The 3 Way Blind Corner is designed as a
corner fitting for the upper rail of handrails, guardrail or
frames. |
 |

The 3 Way Open Corner, with its through
hole, is designed as a corner fitting for a middle rail of
handrails, guardrails or frames. |
 |

The Short Cross is designed as a middle
rail joint for handrail and other structures. The center
pipe cannot be joined inside the fitting. |
 |

The Straight Sleeve is designed to
provide an inline joint between two pieces of pipe of the
same size. Where a constant diameter is required along the
outside of the pipe, use Series 1055, an expanding
connector. |
 |

The Expanding Connector is designed to
provide a flush joint between two pieces of pipe of the same
diameter. Not as strong as a Series 1054, and should not be
used where direct tensile load is applied. |
 |

The Internal Swivel Tee is designed to
accommodate varying angles in a joint between a rail and a
fitting. This fitting is often used in conjunction with a
Series 1047 or Series 1048 type fitting to offset the top or
midrail to accommodate slopes. |
 |

The Swivel Base is designed to be used
in combination with a Series 1074 (female) fitting to make a
Series 1081 Swivel Base Kit. Often used as a brace or wall
fitting when structural rigidity is not at issue. |
 |

The Base Flange is designed to provide
a positional wall or base fixing. It is not recommended to
use this fitting as a railing base. |
