Pipe Fittings
The Male Swivel is used in combination
with a Series 1074 to make an Series 1080 Single Swivel Kit. |

The Female Swivel is designed to be
used in combination with a Series 1057.25 or Series 1073 or
Series 1076 or Series 1077 to make "Swivel Kits" used
primarily for bracing, but can also be used to overcome
problems with joints of odd or varying angles. It can also
be used to secure infill of sheets of lightweight metal,
plastic or wood. |

The Male Swivel designed to be used in
combination with an a Series 1074 and a Series 1079 to
create a combination fitting that will provide an angled
strut so support an existing structure without dismantling.
It can also be used to provide attachment of flat sheets of
lightweight metal, plastic or wood to pipe structures. |

The Double Male Swivel is designed to
be used in combination with two Series 1075's to form a
Series 1082 Double Swivel Kit. It is used to provide an
inline angled joint to an upright, suitable for the middle
rail of a sloping handrail system, or to provide bracing to
a structure. |

The 90 Degree Corner Male Swivel is
designed to be used in combination with two Series 1073's to
form a Series 1091 - 90 Degree Corner Swivel Kit. It is used
to provide an inline 90 degree joint to an upright, suitable
for the middle rail of a sloping handrail system, or to
provide bracing to a structure.

The Cross Over is designed to fasten
two pipes at 90 degrees to each other and off set. Used for
shelf or pallet racking to join horizontal carrying rails to
the uprights. Pipes cannot be joined inside the fitting. |

The Clamp On Tee is designed to allow
new pipe to be joined to existing structure. It can be used
in combination with a Series 1074 and Series 1075. |

Series 1080 - Single Swivel Kit The
Single Swivel Kit is composed of all Series 1080 Single
Female Swivel connected to Series 1075 Single Male Swivel
with a stainless steel bolt, nut and washers. It is designed
to serve as a variable angle tee for sloping handrails, or
to provide bracing to a structure. Hardware (nut, bolt.
washers) is included. |

Series 1081 - Base Swivel Kit The
Base Swivel Kit is composed of a Series 1074 Single Female
Swivel connected to an 1057.25 Swivel Base with a stainless
steel bolt, nut and washers. It is designed to serve as a
variable angle wall or floor mounting. This kit should not
be used as a railing base without suitable support. Hardware
(nut, bolt, washers) is included. |

Series 1082 - Double Swivel Kit The
Double Swivel Kit is composed of two Series 1074 Single
Female Swivel fittings connected to an Series 1076 Double
Male Swivel fitting with stainless steel bolts, nuts and
washers. It is designed to provide an in line angle joint at
a post. This kit can be used to fasten middle rails to
uprights in sloping handrail installations, or to provide
bracing to a structure. Hardware (nuts, bolts, washers) is
included. |

Series 1083 - 90 Degree Corner
Swivel Kit The 90 Degree Corner Swivel Kit is composed of
two Series 1074 Single Female Swivel fittings connected to
an Series 1077 90 Degree Corner Male Swivel fittings using
stainless steel bolts, nuts and washers. It is designed to
provide an angled joint at a post. This kit can be used to
fasten middle rails to uprights in sloping handrail
installations, or to provide bracing to a structure.
Hardware (bolts, nuts, washers) is included.

Series 1084 - The Spare Screws are
made of Stainless Steel (BS970GR420), and come in two sizes:
¼" BSP for the Size 25 and 3/8" BSP for the Size 32 and Size
40. |

Series 1085 End Cap The Plastic End
Caps are designed to seal open ended pipes utilizing a
friction fit. For a more permanent fix, an appropriate
adhesive should be used. Can be used with Schedule 40 and
Schedule 80 pipe. |
The Straight Sleeve is made of weldable
cast steel, and is designed to be used in many customized
fabrications. It is used for flag pole brackets, racking
combinations, joints, as eave fittings as well as a host of
other uses. |
