 Structural Pipe Fittings

 


The Wall Flange is designed to provide a base fitting for railings requiring a side mounted fixing. The upright cannot pass through the fitting.

The Rail Bracket is designed to secure handrail pipe to a wall. It can also be used on the top of a wall to secure a lower rail. Pipes cannot be joined inside this fitting.

The Side Outlet Tee is designed to provide a three way joint for handrails and other structures. The center pipe cannot be joined inside the fitting.

The 4 Way With Center Tube is designed to provide a four way connection to an upright. The center pipe cannot be joined inside the fitting, but it can end inside the fitting and be capped using a Series 1085.

The Short Tee Swivel is designed to provide corner joints with angles varying from 90 to 180 degrees. Sold in pairs.

The 30 to 45 Degree Adjustable 2 Socket Cross is designed to fasten the middle rail to an intermediate upright, which must remain vertical. It can accommodate slope angles from 30 to 45 degrees.

The Variable Angle Tee is designed to fasten top rails to end uprights on slopes from 30 to 60 degrees, or any tee joint requiring this range of angle.

The Collar is designed to be used as a support fitting for a Series 1048 when it is used as a hinge. It can be used to increase the load capacity of another fitting or as a stop on a telescoping pipe or tube.

The Gate Eye, used in conjunction with a Series 1070, is designed as the female section of a hinge for a lightweight gate. For heavy gate installations, a Series 1048 in conjunction with a Series 1068 is recommended.

The Gate Hinge, used in conjunction with a Series 1069, is designed as the male section of a hinge for a lightweight gate. For heavier gate installations, a Series 1048 in conjunction with an Series 1068 is recommended.

The Hook is designed to provide attachment for a chain.

The Fixing Pad is designed to provide attachment of flat sheets of lightweight metal, plastic or wood to pipe structures as backing or flooring. It may also be used as a gate stop. A Series 1073 is an alternate fitting.
